Winter Reading Challenge

Every person has a rich history and unique stories to tell — dive deeper into your own this winter! We will celebrate our histories and stories passed down from generations. Get cozy, explore your library, and discover fun activities all while earning badges on a virtual bingo card! From January 2–February 17, Fairfield Public Library is participating in “Where We Come From,” a winter reading challenge sponsored by Beanstack.

We challenge our patrons to earn at least 500 points over the 7 weeks and keep track of their reading on our Beanstack site at Earn fun cozy winter badges for logging your reading, completing activities, submitting book reviews, and earning bingo.

Thousands of libraries and schools across the nation are encouraging their communities to read a target number of minutes and books. Top-performing libraries and schools will earn prizes from Beanstack. Happy reading, Fairfield!

Visit your Beanstack profile on the web or the mobile app to log the number of minutes you’ve read, beginning January 2nd.
