Kids out and about

This is a website that provides a list of events and resources happening in the area and virtually. The link provided below leads to their “The Ultimate Parents Survival Guide to the 2020-2021 School Year”.


Brain Break/Exercise:

Just Dance – Youtube Channel

They have a bunch of Disney song dances for kids and there are family ones with “two player” too.

Kidz Bop Kids:

Kidz Bop Kids Youtube Channel – Learn what it takes to be a Kidz Bop kid – they teach you the choreography the kids dance to in the music videos.

Group HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training):

There are some free videos that have children and adult exercise classes. They are 30 minutes long. People can subscribe monthly for $8 if they wish to choose a paid package.

Sworkit Kid Workouts

This collection has some workouts that have a child demonstrate the exercises, then the kids do it for a certain amount of seconds based on how long they chose to work out for at the beginning.


YMCA Health and Fitness Videos ranging from barre to boot camp, cycling, to dance, Pilates, tai chi, yoga, youth sports and youth activities
