Fairfield Public Library offers various early literacy classes for all children from birth to age 5, both registration and drop-in (no registration required; space is limited). Participants in early literacy classes are registered based on their age. Please see our Events Calendar for a full list of programs and events for families and children up to Grade 5.

The Summer 2024 runs from Monday, June 17th through Friday, August 9th. There are no classes on June 18 and July 4. This session will offer drop-in classes (no registration required; space is limited) and registration classes with sign-up opening the week prior at 8pm. Drop-in tickets will be handed out 30 minutes before the start of each class at the Children’s Desk. Space is limited and based on room size to ensure the quality of each class.
