A Court of Thorns and Roses follows Feyre. Feyre is known by her family and neighborhood for her hunting skills. Feyre lost her mother and lives with her father and two sisters. The family has very little money leaving Feyre no choice but to hunt even if she isn’t supposed to. On one hunt, she kills a wolf, leading to her getting dragged into the magical kingdom. As Feyre lives her closely guarded life, she begins to know her captor, first only by his beautiful eyes because of a mask he wears. As they begin to talk, Feyre starts to fall in love with him and the magical world, even as it gets even more difficult. As the series continues, the reader follows Feyre’s story and her life in a new world.
