It Ends with Us is a novel about a girl named Lily who never had it easy for her in life, but that never held Lily back from working for the life she wanted and deserved. She was born in a small town in Maine, and ended up moving to Boston after graduating from college where she began her own business. In Boston, she met a boy named Ryle, a neurosurgeon, he was stubborn, mean, and arrogant, but had this soft spot for Lily that won her over. Their relationship was almost too good to be true, until one of Lily’s past lovers comes into play, Atlas. And starts to interfere with the relationship. When Atlas showed up, everything with Lily and Ryle was now threatened. This novel is a love story with many twists and turns that many other romantic books don’t take. But this story does touch topics on abuse/ domestic violence, which is something you definitely should note before reading especially if it’s a trigger for you.
