Out of all the books in the Percy Jackson series my favorite so far has been the newest book, Wrath of the Triple Goddess. I enjoyed this book for a wide variety of reasons but overall I enjoyed how it always managed to keep me reading by throwing in unexpected twists and turns that made it look impossible for the main characters to succeed. In this story, Percy Jackson and his friends, Grover and Annabel, are tasked with watching over Hecate’s house and pets for a week in order for Percy to get a recommendation. This seems pretty straightforward until readers learn, alongside Percy and his friends, that this task isn’t going to be as simple as it seems. Quickly what is supposed to be an easy job for a goddess for a simple recommendation turns into a disaster that leads Percy all over the city in just a matter of days. Overall I enjoyed this book a lot and I think it makes a great addition to the already award winning series that Percy Jackson is. I would recommend this book to pre-teens and older children who are into mythology and enjoyed the previous books in this series. Also I would like to note that it is not at all vital to think or know that you like mythology before diving into this book for a variety of reasons, but above all this book does a great job of explaining and showing greek history without a single dull moment.
