Our critically acclaimed group is celebrating its 49th year of performing great choral works in southwestern Connecticut.  The winner of the 2011 Artist of the Year Award from the Fairfield Arts Center, the Chorale consists of over 100 auditioned singers, representing a broad range of ages and music backgrounds.  The repertoire ranges from the great classics to commissioned works and world premieres.  The Chorale has performed at such prestigious venues as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center.  Its season consists of three concerts performed at the Norwalk Concert Hall, each with a professional orchestra and soloists.

The Explorer program is an official program of the Fairfield Police Department, designed by the Boy Scouts of America to expose young men and women (ages 13-22) to the vast career choices available in Law Enforcement today. Many of our alumni have continued to successfully achieve positions in local Law Enforcement, State Police Departments, as well as Federal appointments with Law Enforcement agencies throughout the country. Explorers learn in both the classroom and field environment, including actual "hands-on" field experience. Weekly meeting presentations including training on police duties, forensic science, self-defense, investigation, and even firearms and weaponry.

Fairfield Pop Warner and the Fairfield Giants are affiliated with Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. (PWLS), a non-profit national organization that provides youth football and cheer & dance programs for participants in 41 states and several countries around the world.

Fairfield Pop Warner is run by the Fairfield Junior Football Program, Inc., a non-profit, donor-supported organization staffed by volunteers. Fairfield Pop Warner is in its 40th year and has nearly 400 football players and cheerleaders ranging in age from 7 to 15 years old in its programs.

Volunteer Committee  overseeing the development and operation of educational and  government access television programming for Fairfield on Ch 78  (FairTV:Education) and Channel 79, (FairTV: Government). All  operations are paid for through federally mandated PEG fees (Public  access, Educational & Government access) included in subscribers  monthly bills. In 2008, State Legislation (PL 08-159) provided for   development of town-specific educational and government channels  funded by a small part of these PEG fees distributed via regional  grant process.
