TrioSoundwaves Concert

For the past six years the Fairfield Public Library has hosted its trio-in-residence, The Lions Gate Trio, for several concerts each year. The musicians are Florence Millet, pianist, Katie Lansdale, violinist and Darrett Adkins, cellist. The internationally acclaimed trio enjoys a combination of performing, recording, and instructing young musicians. They each have individual faculty positions in Cologne, New York and Hartford. The trio has also served residencies at Tanglewood, Yale University, and the University of Pittsburgh and is currently the trio in residence at both the Hartt School (university of Hartford) and the Fairfield Public Library.

The Friends of the Fairfield Public Library generously underwrites the concerts.
