Register: Register online! Registration begins Monday, June 2. Please remember your username and password! (Register as a family by adding members to the first person registered.)
Read: Read anything you’d like, but if you need some suggestions, check out one of many book recommendations found online or in the Library.
Record: Go online to your Summer Reading account and log the number of minutes you’ve read.
Level Up with Monopoly!: How many minutes can you read? Make it to the next level by reading 300 minutes. Visit the Library for your small prize and add your property to the Library Monopoly Gameboard. Reach Level 5 by reading for a total of 1500 minutes! Did you make it? Try our Bonus Round for another chance to win.

Come to the Library to participate in one of our fun games. Pick up your Raffle Gameboard after you’ve registered online to keep track of the games you play. Complete any of the Gaming Challenges found below and move ahead 1 space on your Raffle Gameboard.
Roll the Dice: Roll our oversized dice and see what you must do.
The Boardwalk: We’ve set up a game of our own in the Library. Find the START, follow the instructions and see if you can make it to the FINISH.
The Missing Gamepiece: The Summer Reading mascot keeps disappearing. Every night, he finds a new spot to hide. Can you find him?
Bonus Challenges: Challenges will be popping up all summer long. Drop-in to see if your Library has a Bonus Challenge for you!

Every week, both Main Library and the Branch Library will draw raffle winners. Participants have the opportunity to choose which raffle to put their tickets and better their odds at winning the prize of their choice. All weekly entries get added to the Grand Prize Raffle drawn at the Summer Reading Finale.
Earn a raffle ticket for every 5 spaces you move on your Raffle Gameboard.
Read. Register for the Summer Reading Game online and move ahead 1 space for every 100 minutes read.
Visit. Visit either Library and move ahead 1 space.
Attend Programs. Move ahead 1 space for every program or event you attend.
Participate in Challenges. Move ahead 1 space for every challenge you accomplish.

Start the habit of reading together by partaking in the 2014 Summer Reading Program. Your challenge: Read 25 books together!

Summer Reading Events and Programs:
Drop-in storytimes do not require advance registration. However, due to limited space, tickets will be handed out to the first 20 children. We begin handing out tickets at 9:30 am at the Children’s Information Desk.
Summer Classes: Unless otherwise noted, you can guarantee your spot by signing up online the day of the class. Online registration for each individual class opens the day of the class at 8:00 am. Phone registration begins at 9:00 am.
